We use UPS for all shipments and offer two services:
Ground for a $15 fee.
2nd Day for a $40 fee.
Shipping occurs 1 to 6 business days after the order is processed.
You will be contacted with an email and tracking number when your shipment is sent.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
For all returns, please email email@example.com with your order number and items you wish to return, a pre-paid UPS label will be sent to you to complete the order.
We accept non-sale items in new condition for a full refund, however, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
You have 10 days from the day you receive your shipment to return your items.
All items must be returned new, in their original condition and with all tags still attached.
Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note this may take several days to post to your account.
Exchanges may be requested via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make our best effort to accommodate all requests and will inform you within 48 hours if it is possible.
To ensure your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back in the original packaging.
