I don’t know Jo Ellison, the fashion director of the Financial Times, but I’m a fan of her easy-going, slightly tomboy-ish style. These images aren’t new, most are from last September’s fashion week, but they still resonate because she dresses in such a classic, yet thoroughly modern manner. A dress worn as a jacket over jeans, a clean trench, simple black tops, gold hoops–plus her shoe game (always wearable but hardly basic) is top notch.
