Summer vacation is a little ways off, at least for most of us, but it’s not too early to start getting some core pieces together that will get you through the warm weather months This shoot from WSJ Magazine last year with Carolyn Murphy is an all-time favorite that I reference again and again (the bathing suit image bottom right from the latest issue), because it is about perfect, uncomplicated pieces you can wear anywhere. Shorts, a tank, strappy sandals, a billowy white shirt, jeans, and a bathing suit should go a long way wherever you are.
