Finding a perfect carryall that isn’t humdrum generic, yet still understated enough to work with everything isn’t easy. Kendall Conrad’s relaunched Benjamina bag, ticks all the right boxes—it’s unfussy, is a perfect weekend/workday size, is artisanal chic in the cognac with white contrast stitching, and stealth elegant in all black.
“This bag was the third bag I ever designed for my first company Tauro in 2002,” says Kendall of its relaunch and the inspiration behind it. “It was because of this bag Maxfield picked up my line and sold a ton of these. It is a great holdall and is made from bridle leather–so it’s super tough and gets more beautiful over the years. No hardware or zippers. Hand-stitched with custom brass beads. We decided the time was right to bring it back for it’s 15th anniversary!”
