While I am all about the blazer this season, a great layering alternative is a poncho or wrap, especially when you want one of your layers to be a chunky knit (that doesn’t fit under more tailored jackets). It’s a great look for weekends and weekdays. (Oh, and they call the APC poncho a “dress” at Matches, which I suppose it could be, but I don’t think that is its original intention.)
Suzanne Koller x APC poncho, $515; Acne Studios wrap, $380; Re/Done jeans, $250; Toteme top, $300 ; Acne Studios cardigan, $520; Isabel Marant ankle boot, $625; Loewe loafers, $790.
I actually just bought the Stove Pipes and they’re so comfortable! I’m trying to give the high waist another go before I admit defeat.

I’m trying to give the high waist another go before I admit defeat. The leg is decidedly wider than I’m used to, as well.
This suits my rich hippie aesthetic just fine!
