While straight-forward classic khakis are typically boring, khakis and khaki-colored denim in exaggerated shapes are anything but. I love it when something utilitarian gets turned on its head. Also, how amazing is the woman above? I wish I knew who she is, I love her style. Plus, khakis are a perfect summer to fall transition piece since they work with everything from tanks to T-shirts to crewneck sweaters and turtlenecks. My friend suggested these Ralph Lauren Double RL pair below, their cropped silhouette is great for those of us on the shorter side. I have the Nili Lotan Shon pant, which is similar to the Luna style below (which I own in army green). I also love the proportions of the latest B Sides Jeans which are at once elegant and cool. Decisions. Decisions.

Incredibly cool – love khakis but not the traditional ones anymore. So many good choices – love the B Sides…thinking.

I just ordered The Row’s Clark khaki pant. It’s more traditional than the options shown, but with a petite frame, I find that it looks best on me.

In theory, I love khakis. But in practice, I never really wear them and they just take up space in my closet. It’s good to know yourself and what works/doesn’t work for your own style.

I love khakis and the color you’ve featured are my favorite. The inspiration is well,.. inspiring and the silhouettes interesting but I’m like Goldie Locks with clothes… not too baggy, not too skinny, not too oversized, not too cropped, shoulder seams where your actual shoulders are oh well these clothes are hard to find.

Love that mystery woman too!! She’s giving me a major Francoise Hardy vibe but still in her own individual way.

I have the Shon in every color and the jean version. Just bought the new mahogany and olive shades. My favorite pant ever!!
