I can’t imagine getting through summer without at least one light-blue button-down shirt, it’s always an integral part of my wardrobe. Why? Because it’s versatile–blue is a neutral so it goes with everything, it’s lightweight and cool, and you can wear it in the city, at the beach, walking through the countryside, to bed…..
The one I’m wearing above is from Daryl K. and it’s my new favorite because it has the thinnest stripes, is oversized, super lightweight and at under $200 rather affordable. (DM Daryl on Insta if you want one….I am wearing an XS.) Also, I not only do not mind the wrinkles, I rather like them–a little rumple works when it’s warm. And if you think a blue button-down is just too classic for you, take a tip from Daryl who was wearing hers slightly unbuttoned with a leopard print bra peeking out when I saw her. As you can see from these photos, I’m not the only one who relies on a blue shirt for summer.

You did a great post on blue mens shirts for an early KIC! I have honestly been looking for you since – so glad I found your site.
