This weekend I am heading out with my husband on a long-anticipated first trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This time, since I need more substantial shoes (besides boots shown here, my hiking boots and running shoes) I cannot stuff it all into a carry-on. Beyond the hiking/biking clothes I’ll need (lots of Patagonia), I want to bring a concise wardrobe where everything mixes and matches and can be dressed up or down. So my The Row boots (I have the ones here which I bought last year, a really good investment) to wear with a slip dress and denim shirt to dinner or drinks. Jeans and boots like these from Isabel Marant with a safari shirt and all of my vintage turquoise jewelry. The silk camisole to layer under everything. I’ll also bring a thin-knit sweater, a cashmere scarf/wrap and a denim jacket. These are also the pieces I will wear when I’m back and the weather starts to transition and get a bit cooler.
The Row boots, $1390 ; Re/Done jeans, $250; Joseph white jeans, $295; Vicki Turbeville vintage turquoise cuff, $750; Joseph slip dress, $595; Nili Lotan tank, $295; Wardrobe.NYC x Levi’s shirt, $162; Equipment shirt, $230; Vicki Turbeville vintage silver cuff, $350; Isabel Marant boots, $770.
