If you live on the East Coast, chances are you’re getting ready for an epic snow day. With that in mind, I thought I would repost this from last March. It’s a good reference for those quiet winter days when you want to snuggle up and daydream a little.
Heidi Wynne, a friend, and talented designer who makes beautiful (and affordable) cashmere scarves, knits and summer straw pieces, always posts the kind of vintage movies (many with iconic fashion moments) I want to watch and never get around to on her Instagram. So I asked her for her list, and she happily obliged (and included fun images, see below). There are a lot; I have seen about half of them, so I have a lot of catching up to do. Heidi says you can find most of them on Amazon Prime or iTunes (she buys them instead of renting so she can rewatch). Also, Heidi is a small business woman entrepreneur I highly encourage you to support! xx J

I am Love is the most beautiful fashion movie. It can be watched without understanding a single word. ❤️

I love Heidi’s film recommendations and I often watch what she’s recommending. Her cashmere scarves are my absolute favorites. I have 3 in different weights and also give them as gifts.
So soft, such beautiful colors…and I also have her round straw bag which I love.
