Wearing black is always a part of my wardrobe, even in the summer. And what could be better than an affordable version? Plus they make perfect packing companions and offer the kind of versatility you want from your travel wardrobe. I have a couple shown here and plan to wear them often for day to lunch in the city, or unbuttoned over a bathing suit, and at night. If you want more coverage, you can also throw a blue or white oversized shirt on top, worn cardigan-like. Just a few pared down accessories, some bronzer or a red lip (or both) and you have a perfect pulled-together look.

Simply perfect! Black makes it so easy to be pulled together – a no fail. Came to say hi from Andrea’s blog.
