Will You Go Oversize?

Oversize, menswear-style blazers and vests are showing up everywhere this season. In fact, the newest issue of The Gentlewoman has a fashion story shot by one of my favorite editors, Suzanne Koller, of a model in actual menswear from the latest collections.

Will I step in on the trend? I’m not sure. But I do like the idea, especially perhaps a black oversized blazer with a slip dress, somehow it has the appeal of wearing your boyfriend or husband’s blazer. Plus you can always belt it when you want it to feel more fitted, which is probably the flattering way to wear it for most women.
