I recently took my younger daughter to the Glossier showroom to buy a few makeup products and decided to pick up their new Lash Slick Mascara. Even though I don’t wear a lot of makeup, I rarely leave the house without mascara, but since MAC discontinued three of my favorites, I haven’t been able to find a replacement. This Glossier Lash Slick might just be it. Three days in of using it and I love it. It isn’t clumpy, and gives a more natural coating. The brush gets every lash, even the little ones. The biggest test is how long will the mascara stay like it is–some dry up and get crumbly real fast. We’ll see.
When I want serious eye definition I use it in conjunction with my Glossier Boy Brow Grooming Pomade, to define my eyebrows (which I’ve written about). Glossier might target Millennials but that doesn’t mean their products can’t work at any age. (Kind of like Brandy Melville sweatpants, which I am not going to lie, I have a couple of pairs. They are the best.) Plus Glossier products are affordable and proof expensive isn’t always better.
