Julie’s Quiet Elegance

I cannot figure out if Julie Pelipas is still an editor at Vogue Ukraine, or if she is just running her upcycled fashion brand Better.us, but she was in attendance at the recent Paris shows, and looked as elegant as ever. It must be hard to be immersed in what can seem like a frivolous endeavor while your country is at war, and I wonder if it is the reason behind her understated elegant looks. No matter, it is an inspiration in how to dress simply and beautifully. I’ve also included some of her selfies I found on Pinterest. I like the monochromatic tones of her outfits, it’s an idea to keep in mind when you feel the need to “mix it up”, maybe do the opposite.
