No matter how minimalist one’s style might be, there are times when you crave (or at least I do) one standout, flirtatious, thoroughly feminine piece—something that turns heads and makes you happy when you wear it. Usually I fall hard for a silk print dress each resort or spring season, but this time it might be a frothy skirt. What to wear with it? As Lauren Santo Domingo, Maria Dueñas Jacobs (seen twice) and Jane Keltner de Valle know, when you wear something so attention-grabbing, everything else needs to get toned down. A lot. My option would be a basic t-shirt or tank and sandals, or a cashmere crew-neck and boots. And while you’re mind might be on other things right now (the upcoming holidays), these skirts are disappearing fast. Apparently I’m not the only one who’s obsessed. Some favorites below.

Do you know who makes the skirt that Lauren Santo Domingo wore?
