As much as I have been excited to get out and get dressed, I also feel that as the colder weather creeps in and we are staying home more, it’s all about wearing what makes you feel good. I always love a button-down and now, have added this Hommegirls striped shirt to my closet. I have the white and love both the fit (tailored but elongated to make it modern) and the superb Italian cotton the shirts are cut from. My recent splurge (one a long time in coming) is a black satin and lace bralette from from an L.A. designer and friend, Liseanne Frankfurt of LFrank. You can get it a range of colors (how much do I want a forest green and deep sapphire too), some of which are made to order and take a couple of weeks. (Also, I am a 34B and have a size 1). They are both getting heavy rotation in my wardrobe, because they are the kind of wear until they wear out pieces I love most.

I have a drawer full of beautiful lace bras and bralettes but I find that i have just stopped wearing them. They are so pretty to look at and so pretty on but…. they are just that bit less comfortable than other things that I have that I won’t ever wear them unless I am going out and they will be seen thru a sheer blouse or sweater.
I find that the only thing I am interested in these days is jewelry. It’s very weird.
Really great aesthetic! I’m a bit perplexed as to why they place their “signature” splotch right in the middle of the front of the shirt.
