Having a good blazer or two in your Fall wardrobe is the easiest way to look pulled together and polished no matter what you have on underneath (even sweatpants if you still can’t give them up!) To be frank, if you saw my Fall Update video–the Celine blazer with gold buttons I bought, it went back. Even though it was classic, at this time, I couldn’t justify that kind of money spent when I’m at home more often and it won’t get enough use. Also, my last post of sweaters didn’t have many price points, and thank you readers for asking for more affordable options. (I will do another post with more sweaters soon.) With that in mind, I tried to get more price points in here including a couple of pieces on major sale that are classic and have forever. Since returning the Celine, I bought a Toteme blazer and have ordered the Remain Birger Christensen below, because I already have my classics. See my IG for more inspiration images on how to wear them.

Jennifer, This edit was genius. First, thank you for being transparent and letting us know you returned the fabulous Celine jacket. I love the fact that you are so true to yourself. I need your editing skills. And thank you for finding the Stella Navy Blazer, I have ben looking for one like that in either navy or black, and YOU found it. And what a great price point. I kept looking at similar ones at Zara but couldn’t pull the trigger (buy better, buy less) So excited forThe Stella of my dreams to arrive. Please keep on doing what you are doing.

I want to echo Yasmin’s comment – thank you for your honesty about the [glorious, but expensive] Celine piece that just didn’t work for your lifestyle now. Much better to return it and try again than have it hang there in your closet – something we can all learn from and emulate. I also appreciate the range of price points. I’m happy to be part of your community of women trying to figure out what matters now in the face of this pandemic, and use fashion and style as a lift from the constant bad news cycle. Thank you!
