If you know me, then you have an idea of just how minimalist my beauty and makeup routine can be. Once I find something I like that works, I tend to stick to it. I posted this last year, and guess what? Nothing’s changed, I buy all the products featured here on a seasonal as-needed basis.
What are my musts? Natural Skin Trip Lotion, which is inexpensive ($10) has been around since the 70s and has a sort of hippie boho vibe and a delicious coconut summer smell, Caudalie Divine Oil ($32) a dry oil I use on my arms and décolleté for extra moisture, Tatcha blotting papers ($12) to eliminate warm-weather shine, R&Co Rockaway Salt Spray ($26) for beachy hair, my new favorite everyday sunscreen, Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen ($34) that feels like nothing and is non-clogging (both things no other sunscreen I’ve used has ever achieved) and Henne Organics Lip Tint in Coral ($21) for those times when I’m not wearing a mask.

Skin Trip was a college find of mine — some groovy guys I thought were super cute used it so I did too. Still do — it’s a perfect, summery lightweight lotion!

I’ve tried Skin Trip lotion, and while I’m a fan of the scent, it doesn’t provide nearly enough moisture for my dry skin. I might try the Caudalie Dry Oil, though. Supergoop’s Glow Screen is also a great facial sunscreen!
