Trying to learn to live with less has been a lot easier during quarantine since my wardrobe in rotation is quite limited these days, though I admit to having spent far too much time browsing things I don’t need, putting them in shopping carts, sleeping on it and then removing them.
But as I posted before, I want a white blazer (or an off-white version) to wear this Spring (what’s left of it). I tried the Toteme one I posted about, but oversize is not always easy. Then a Blaze Milano version that was on sale, but the color was too yellow and frankly, even on sale I didn’t want to spend the money. I am going to try this Vanessa Bruno version, which is the least expensive (though not by any means cheap), and since Net-a-Porter is resuming shipping, it might arrive sooner than later. What will I wear it with? Shorts, jeans, slip dresses, silk slip skirts–basically, almost everything in my closet, which gives it a high versatility factor. The Wardrobe NYC version below is nice for cooler weather. For other blazer options there is this one, this one (though I would change the button), this evening version, this double-breasted one, and finally, the serious splurge.
If you want more white blazer inspiration pictures, check out my Instagram today. Most importantly, I hope you are staying safe and healthy. x J
